How we protect accounts, payments, and the traveler community.

Drivers and tour guides apply through our provider form. Listings appear only after our team reviews the profile.

If a listing looks outdated or unsafe, report it through the Help Center so we can review it.

Keep your login private and use a strong password. Journeys Key processes city access payments through supported cards and wallets.

We never ask for your password on WhatsApp or email. If someone claiming to be support does, do not share it.

Respect local laws, venue rules, and other travelers. Accounts that misuse the platform, submit false bookings, or harass others may be suspended.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Digital access that has already been used is generally not refundable except in verified billing errors.
